Set on a prominent corner in a popular beachside suburb is a modern 5 storey retail and residential development. The building is designed to incorporate specialty shops, vibrant restaurants and individual residential apartments which capture views to the ocean and all the town has on offer.

The material palette stays true with it’s coastal surrounds with the sandstone base forming a solid visual foundation for the remainder of the building to build upon. A mix of off-form concrete, timber and rendered masonry create a timeless palette of materials that sits so well within it’s surrounding.
