These three apartments were designed on a difficult sloping site and on a restricted budget so it was key to keep the design as straight-forward as practical but also uphold a high level of visual appeal and design functionality.

Living spaces have generous balconies with the best aspect obtainable, as do Master Bedroom suites. Each unit features a double height ceiling space through the entry and living area which gives a feeling of grandeur and class without adversely impacting the budget.
