A contemporary take on a classic abode this waterfront dwelling on Brisbane Water is arranged into a multi-pavilion layout with extensive external living spaces capped off by an outdoor pool and spa and private jetty. Multiple ‘pop-up’ pyramid roofs integrate operable clerestory windows to allow natural light and natural ventilation into the heart of the building. The exposed timber paneling introduces a warm refinement to the materials palette and pays homage to the strong nautical environment of Brisbane Waters.
