SKILLION RENOVATION

A renovation based around capturing the vibes of casual coastal living this design centres around a central living space which opens seamlessly onto the pool and outdoor living area. Skillion roofs form raked (cathedral) ceilings which combine with the Timber floors door framing  to imbue a sense of tropical resort living year round. Large bi-fold doors allow for uninterrupted access to the deck and help blur the indoor to outdoor spaces. The building front was reconfigured to provide a more inviting and clear entry, modern aesthetic and provide for a larger garage and storage space for a growing family.
