THE BRUNSWICK – TERRIGAL TOWNHOUSES

This development was a UDIA Award Winner for Excellence in Medium Density Housing for the 59 Residential Townhouses. Each dwelling varies in size from 180m2 to 270m2. Our values lie with our responsibility to preserve the environment. Set on 3.7hectares of environmentally sensitive urban land, the core fundamentals surrounding development of the site related to the preservation of its native identity. We were fortunate to work with clients who respected these values.

The buildings are a mélange of organic materials blended to form lightweight structures which sit slightly above ground. The availability of northern light filters through the landscape to create dappled light, furnishing internal spaces with interesting luminosity. The arrangement of internal and external spaces were developed to produce a harmonious combination of warmth, light, comfort and shelter.

Materials: weatherboards, timber, stone, glass and metal.
