Perched on the hillside of the exclusive Avoca Beach, this building is all about celebrating the breathtaking views and creating spaces which are open and light filled.

The staircase connecting the three levels emphasises the light/openness motif further capitalised by the open tread stairs and frameless glass encasement. External material and colour palette is selected in harmony with the coastal backdrop yet also to stand up to the harsh environment with minimal requirement for maintenance and upkeep.
