WAMBERAL RENOVATION

One of 10 projects we have completed on Dover Road in Wamberal, this renovation transformed a basic 1960s brick and tile cottage that didn’t take advantage of the water views into a modern resort style, 6 bedroom, split-level home with uninterrupted 270 degree views over the ocean.

An open plan living space designed to entertain features a modern kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops, a fireplace for the cooler months and floor-to-ceiling glazing to embrace the natural light and overlook the original yet modernised 12×4 metre illuminated swimming pool.

An additional lounge area on the upper level features a bar and seamlessly flows onto a rooftop terrace showcasing spectacular views from Wamberal beach to the Skillion in Terrigal.

This renovation is a good example of how you can use the bones of an old house, which didn’t take advantage of the accessible view, and transform it into a modern home tailored to your needs and designed to capture any available water view.
