Stage One focused on reimagining the existing traditional brick home, modernising the property while strategically laying the groundwork for future additions and improvements.

The renovation replaces heavy brickwork and green metal roofing with white weatherboard, natural stone wainscotting and a sleek grey corrugated roofline. A covered porch with warm composite decking now provides a deliberate and inviting entry sequence.

The reconfigured floorplan prioritises contemporary family living:

1. Expanded Layout: A generous four-bedroom configuration, including a private master suite with ensuite and walk-in robe.
2. Enhanced Living: An additional lounge creates valuable spatial separation, while the upgraded kitchen incorporates a concealed butler’s pantry.
3. Seamless Integration: A new three-car garage is integrated into the architecture, utilising the home’s material palette to create a cohesive estate with internal access.
