The client brief was to create a mid-century modernist beachfront home designed to accommodate the immediate family along with visiting guests. The design was to suit entertaining while capturing the idyllic ocean vista.

This unique, contemporary dwelling features clean lines, a modern flat roof and was positioned on the site to maximise privacy and views.
