THREDBO APARTMENTS

Situated within Mt Kosciuszko National Park the lodge perches itself within the steep tree lined hillside which forms the eastern boundary of the town. Capitalising on the elevated hillside location, large glazed panels frame views over the village and surrounding, seasonally snow covered, terrain.

Built upon the foundations and footprint of the previous lodge, the building was commissioned to re-kindle the alpine, ski-town feel of the village. The use of traditional alpine materials instils a sense of warmth and beauty, re-enforcing the character of the region, capped off by stone flanked fire places throughout the building.
